This Privacy Policy explains how TA Media Labs Pte. Ltd., which operates AT SCAPE ("AT SCAPE", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA"). It applies to personal data collected through this website and through our enquiry and messaging channels.
1. Who we are
AT SCAPE is a talent media agency that recruits, trains and manages livestreamers, and runs three makeup studios (Noona Studio, Popstar Lab and Eva Stella) at *Required, operated by TA Media Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202448078D).
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you and to respond to you:
- Streamer applications. Your name, WhatsApp number, TikTok handle, the kind of content you make and anything else you choose to tell us when you apply to join the Livestreamer Programme.
- Makeup bookings and brand enquiries. Your name, contact details, preferred date and the details of your booking or collaboration enquiry, usually sent to us on WhatsApp.
- Contact form, WhatsApp, email and telephone. The contact details and information you share with us in those messages.
- Your use of this website. Technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).
3. How we use personal data
- to assess your application to the Livestreamer Programme and to contact you about it;
- to arrange, confirm and carry out makeup bookings with Noona Studio, Popstar Lab or Eva Stella;
- to respond to brands and event organisers who wish to work with our streamers.
- To reply to your questions and feedback.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and our service.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By submitting a form on this website or contacting us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes in section 3. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 12). We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawal, for example that we may no longer be able to provide a service you asked for, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
5. Promotional messages
We send promotional messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and we observe the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA. You can opt out at any time by replying to the message or by contacting us.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, or where required or permitted by law, including to:
- Service providers who support our operations, such as WhatsApp (messaging), and our website host, analytics and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
- Government and regulatory authorities, where required by law.
7. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8. Protection and retention
We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business reasons, after which we delete or anonymise it.
9. Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to help us understand how it is used. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, but some parts of the website may then not work as intended.
10. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any error or omission. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will tell you the fee before we process it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Data breaches
If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.

Known limitations
Content we link to on TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and WhatsApp is provided by those platforms and is outside our control. Short click sounds play on some buttons and can be switched off with the speaker button in the header.
